The heater we bought was listed at a great price it works really well mounted on our gazebo, delivery was speedy and delivered on time

Tried them out chuck out some heat hoping they are resilient enough to last bought for a retirement party in Feb nxt year look as tho they keep every one warm outside ,

Bought 4x patio heaters on delivery bulb was broken on one,contacted castle heaters and they sent a new bulb straight away.all good

These heaters give out lovely heat . Had them for an outdoor birthday gathering and we were warm and cosy.
The only negative is that the cord would benefit from being much longer so that there is no need for an extension plug. Very happy with purchase and delivery. Thankyou.

The heaters we purchased are great and very reasonably priced.. delivery was quick and free with good communication re delivery times..

Works beautifully at high or low….with 7 setting in between. Slight problem with a dent….but customer service was very gracious on the issue and made it right for me very promptly. Would absolutely recommend if you need a quick, strong burst of heat.

Remote control didn't work

This heater is well designed, delivering 1000, 2000 or 3000 watts of infra red heat to an outdoor setting with an easy to operate remote-control. It should be installed under cover (for example under the eaves), but otherwise can withstand light showers. I think I'll rarely need to use the highest setting, as the heat delivered by settings 1 and 2 is more than adequate. A well made and very reasonably priced product - and delivered very promptly.

Effective heater for gym space. Instructions were poor. However, castle heaters helped greatly, even offering a video call to aid with assembly. Overall happy.

Instructions a bit confusing but once assembled and tested in my large garage the heat output was amazing even on the 1 kw setting. Also being multi directional and height adjustable gives plenty of choice of coverage.

Incredible value for money. Easy to set up. Instant heat. A great bit of kit.

Pleased with heater. Some minor issues dealt with very quickly by customer services. Would happily recommend Castle Heaters for both the quality of their products and their after sales service.
