The heaters are effective and efficient. The controls are straightforward. Customer service was excellent with replacement of a remote control within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

Super efficient! We lost our remote and one came the next day!

Problem fixed!

The manufacturer was unable to supply a spare remote. I thought I would have to buy a totally new wall heater. Luckily I found Castle Heaters on the internet. They were able to advise. And sent the correct remote to me at once.
