STANDARD RETURNS POLICY
Before returning an item you MUST complete and submit the following form. You still need to include a note with your name on in the returns box.
You can indicate your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your product. You have a further 14 days after indicating your intent to return to then return your products.
In the unlikely event there is a problem with a product please contact us on 0151 548 5500 and we will try our best to help resolve the problem over the phone.
If you do wish to return your order, or just certain items from it, please contact us. When returning an item please make sure to include your order details and reason for return in the packaging.
If you wish to claim a product/part under warranty, please contact us so we can try help resolve your issue without the need to return the product/part back to us.
Please note our product(s) carry a 'return to base' warranty, meaning you are in charge of the return postage costs.
