Great customer service

Ordered replacement tube for our heater but didn’t feel it was something we could do ourselves when it arrived. Rang up and the gentleman said to return it with our heater and they’ll do it. This was done really promptly and returned quickly. Great customer service that is so rare these days. Have had a couple of heater from this company and highly recommend them.
