The Nebula - 9 Heat Settings and 24-Hour Timer
You can switch the heater on, choose from the nine heat settings and set the 24-hour timer all at the push of a button!
The remote control feature means you will only have to get up to pour yourself another drink. The remote control allows you to set the Nebula to medium heat (1000W) or maximum heat (2000W). At maximum wattage, the Nebula covers a larger area.
The functions can also be controlled from the panel of the heater. The LED display will let you know which setting has been selected.
IP65 Rated - Weatherproof
The Nebula is IP65 rated. This means that the Nebula is "Protected from water spray from any direction". We recommend that the Nebula is not to be left out in the rain.

Used for the first time this morning at our church coffee morning, two heaters give out plenty of warmth. Could do with buying a couple more.
We are so pleased with our heater. It heats up instantly. Quick delivery too
Used for the first time on Halloween night after seeing one of these on a caravan site being used. Worked perfectly and the guests stayed outside in the garden all night.
Just the job.
customer service was good and product arrived on time. Packaged well and set up was straight forward and took about 10 minutes to unbox and set up.
Operation is easy and heat is almost instant. Being mounted on a light weight tripod is ideal making it easy to move around my workshop.
I have a couple or criticisms, but nothing major. The tilting mounting brackets the mount the heater to the tripod are a little flimsy. They do the job and are safe but I would like some think a little more substantial which I’ll look to modify. And secondly detaching the heater from the tripod requires the tilting bracket to be disconnected from the heater or the brackets unbolting from the tripod, which is not a show stopper but bit of a faff as my workshop is small so when not in use I need to store it away. I’ll look to fabricate a quick release bracket to solve this. All in all I’m very happy with the unit and its performance.
I ordered two Nebula 2KW Infrared heaters. They arrived quickly. Look very well made for the money. Overall, very pleased with my purchase.

I use it on my outdoor patio about 5m X 4m.
There is enough warmth close to the heater, so good if you have 4-5 people sitting outside.
There were some missing screws on delivery and when I raised it with the customer support team they dispatched extra ones pronto.
Would recommend picking one up if you’re looking for an infrared heater.
Very nice and quick service
I bought 2 of these to replace a couple of the oval style freestanding heaters which has rusted through. The Nebula costs almost twice as much but I think it’s worth the additional expense. They look good and give off plenty of heat. The remote control is particularly useful albeit with limited range. At 1.5 metres, the cable length isn’t quite long enough for my specific needs but I can work around that minor issue. It’s early days but would I buy again? - absolutely.
