KMH-30R - Low Glare - High-Quality Device With Remote Control
The remote control aspect of this 95cm heater means you will only have to get up to pour yourself another drink. The remote control allows you to change the heat settings: 1000 watt, 2000 watt or 3000 watt. As you increase the wattage the heated area covered gets larger.

The tilt angle on this heater can be adjusted 60° upwards and downwards, this allows you to target the heat rays to your preferred area.

IP65 Rated - Water-resistant and Robust!
The KMH-30R is IP65 rated, the highest rating on the market for an Infrared heater. IP65 means that this heater is "dust-tight and protected against low pressure jets of water from any direction". This means that this heater can be left outside but must be undercover. You can see an example of this in the pictures below.
As you can see from this image the heater is outside however it has cover overhead.
Infrared Heating
Enjoy a BBQ atmosphere all year round! Infrared heating works differently to convection heating, the emitted infrared rays do not heat up air but the objects and people they encounter. This allows you to experience pleasant warmth on your skin and clothing, whilst heat-storing objects such as tables and chairs will absorb the heat and release it as a secondary source.

PLEASE NOTE - Our wall-mounted heater models must not be facing directly downwards.
Installing the heater facing directly downwards can cause issues with heat rising, which may potentially damage the heater and surrounding areas. Incorrect installation could also affect the performance and safety of the unit.
Additionally, wall-mounted heaters need to be installed horizontally, not vertically, to ensure proper heat distribution and safe operation. The heaters must be securely mounted and should not be fitted onto chains.
For optimal performance and safety, we recommend installing the heater at a 45-degree angle, ensuring effective heat distribution while preventing any risk of overheating or damage.

Great heater but the remote is a bit hot and miss.
This heater arrived quickly but had an issue with a missing remote control. After emailing customer service, they provided one in the post on the next day. Excellent service. The heater is fantastic and puts out a lot of heat instantly. I had ours installed by an electrician who extended the power cable to reach an outdoor socket.
We have gas patio heaters and hopefully was going to use this heater instead but the heat output is just not strong enough. Which is a shame because it’s well made and nothing wrong with the heater. In my opinion it would be great in a shelter not hung on an outside wall just facing our seats. We now use it injunction with the gas heater. I probably expected too much.

I fitted this heater a wooden lodge I built.
It was really easy to install and belts out the heat.
A good quality heater easily attached to wall. Three heat settings taking some of the chill from open room in winter.

We've been loyal customers, but our recent experience with Castle Heaters has left us extremely disappointed. We received a faulty heater and contacted customer service, only to be told that the issue was with the remote by an unhelpful member of staff called Jon. We tried the remote from our previous purchase, and it still didn't work. But Jon wouldn’t have it and told us that this was the problem and that we had to wait for the new remote to be sent. After receiving a replacement remote, as previously stated, the heater remained non-functional.
To make matters worse, we then had to pay for postage and packaging to send the faulty heater back, despite it being Castle Heaters fault. We had to chase them up again to check if they received the return, only to be told by Jon that he had just issued a refund — even though he knew we wanted a replacement. So we were left in the dark with no replacement, nothing.
So, we ended up having to buy another heater, and the cost to return their defective product. This is not how you treat returning customers.
We have phoned Castle Heaters and left numerous voicemail messages to contact us back, 4 days later and we have still had no return call.
This whole experience makes no sense and leaves a bitter taste with the very bad customer care we have received.
We will not be purchasing from them again.
