I recently bought one of these heaters for my Fitness Studio for the winter as I was looking for an efficient and affordable heating option. I got this one to test out and it definitely takes the min out of the air on a cold morning (we had a cold spell and an early morning class where the outside temp was at 1ºc Sept 2024) and it definitely helped us during our warm up. The good thing is that once we are warm we have the option of lowering the heat or turning it off completely which is great. I am going to buy 2 more to cover the rest of the studio area for winter. I think you can wall mount them too which is a bonus! It's a good height so not accessible to small children, the lead is short though so it has to be near the wall socket or and extension cord can be used but having read other reviews I do t know how well they cope with extension cord use.
Speed and efficiency of ordering and delivery was very good and the heater worked and is easy to assemble and operate which is why I have awarded 3 stars. The actual heater unit was damaged and was missing a screw a handle and contained a number os scratches. I contacted the company who apologised and asked for pictures which I sent but as yet have received no further communication. Since then the remote has ceased to work which could be the battery but can be operated from the heater head direct. Overall the heater currently still works just a little underwhelmed with appearance etc. I have only had the heater 2 weeks at time of writing this so early days.
Had a little issue with the heater initially, which was rectified promptly and efficiently by Customer Services - Heater now working perfectly and such, should another Heater be required, would definitely source from Castle Heaters.

Works very well, does exactly what it says on the tin great looking as well.
Bought the 3k infrared heaters for the marquee as we had a winter wedding and was surprised how good they actually are, heated the marquee perfectly, so much so we had to turn the heat down many times.
Very easy to set up, and plug and go.
We are a commercial fit out company and we normally hire in. On this occasion the cost was less than the hire cost which we worried about but thought if it helped for one job it’s worth it. Brilliant and it will last for a few more - a change to be on the right side
Unbelievable customer service went out of their way to help
Excellent product easy to assemble and lightweight for transport. Can’t fault it.
