Hi, I have emailed twice and not had a reply. The remote I received does not work my Tiva heater. I have tried changing the battery but nothing happened. Can I please have the address to return it for a refund. Thank you

Ordered a 2nd remote control for my heater and the service was amazing don’t no why it never came with two in the first place as it’s the only way to work it,but never mind I have two now
