Delivery - Castle Heaters
Delivery costs will vary with the size and weight of the items and the location in which the items will be going to. You can check the delivery costs of the items when viewing your shopping basket. Free standard delivery is available on all items (except for items that require shipping on a pallet) to UK mainland address. Express shipping is available at an extra cost.
For same day dispatch orders will need to be placed before 12.00pm (weekdays only excluding bank holidays).
Deliveries to UK & Ireland
Smaller items with low value and weight are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 post as standard (Royal Mail International Standard for Ireland). You can upgrade to a Royal Mail 24 or Parcelforce 24 service.
Larger items up to 30kg are dispatched via Parcelforce 48 as standard. You can upgrade to a Parcelforce 24 service on deliveries to UK mainland addresses (this service is currently unavailable on items over 1.5m due to current Parcelforce restrictions). Please note that we are unable to send items over 1.5m to areas outside of UK mainland. If you provide a mobile phone number and the item is dispatched via Parcelforce, you will get a text message on the day of delivery with a time window of when your items will be delivered. Please note that weekend deliveries are not included in these services, if you require this then please contact our office on 0151 548 5500.
Larger items over 30kg are dispatched via Palletways. Please provide us with a contact number for the courier as they will need to contact you to book in the delivery. Please note that Saturday deliveries are not included in this services.
Any additional postage charges will be automatically added for the following areas:
- Channel Islands: All postcodes containing GY and JE
- Isle of Man: All postcodes containing IM
- Scilly Isles: TR21-TR25
- Scottish Islands: All postcodes containing KW / HS1-HS9 / IV41-IV49 / IV51 / IV55-IV56 / KA27-KA28 / PA20-PA80 / PH4-PH50 / ZE1-ZE3
- Scottish Highlands: All postcodes containing AB and IV / KW1-KW14 / PA21-PA38 / PA80 / PH16-PH26 / PH30-PH41 / PH49-PH50
- Northern Ireland: All postcodes containing BT
- Isle of Wight: PO30-PO41
Deliveries outside of UK & Ireland
Items up to 30kg are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked or Parcelforce Standard International service.
Items over 30kg are unavailable for delivery.
Please note that we are unable to send items over 1.5m to areas outside of UK mainland.
